I took my mom to EN Brasserie about two weeks ago, and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The small size of their dishes allowed us to try multiple items on the menu. My favorite dishes were the mochi croquette and nasuiri-dashi (chilled eggplant). The one dish I didn't enjoy was their sashimi special our friendly waitress recommended, and that would be the only complaint I have. For me, it was too fishy, but everyone has different tase buds, and I'm sure there are customers who liked it. Overall, I'm glad I took my mom to EN, and would love to go back again!

En is one of the consistent restaurants for cooked Japanese food. Their sashimi is always fresh and their non-Kikkoman soy sauce is really good. Also, their sashimi special is usually horse makerel which I intensely dislike because of its fishiness. Also be sure to try the following dishes if you ever go back there, they all go well together: tsukune (minced chicken meatball), tuna and avocado salad, salmon and ikura rice, wagyu beef on hot stone, cod fish and kakuni (berkshirt pork belly).
